Terms of Service — Watchly IPTV

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and OrbitX Studio ("OrbitX," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of Watchly IPTV applications and related product pages on https://watchly.orbitx.studio/iptv (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using Watchly IPTV, you agree to these Terms and our Watchly IPTV Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply only to Watchly IPTV. The separate Watchly media player product has its own Terms.

Watchly IPTV is a client that can play live and on-demand streams from playlists and plugins you configure.

OrbitX does not provide a default catalog of TV channels or movies. You supply sources (for example M3U/M3U8 playlists, Xtream Codes credentials, or compatible plugins).

We do not guarantee that any third-party stream, EPG feed, or plugin will remain available, accurate, or compatible.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Watchly IPTV.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for the playlists, plugins, and stream URLs you add.
• You must only use sources you are legally authorized to access.
• You must not use the Service to infringe copyrights, violate broadcast rights, or break applicable law.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt OrbitX infrastructure or third-party services in unlawful ways.

OrbitX does not grant you a license to TV channels, movies, series, or other media. Any rights come from your providers or applicable law — not from Watchly IPTV.

Display of logos, titles, or guide data from your sources does not mean OrbitX endorses or owns that content.

Plugins may be operated by third parties. Installing a plugin may send requests to servers you do not control.

OrbitX is not responsible for plugin uptime, legality, privacy practices, or stream quality.

We may refuse or remove in-app promotion of plugins that abuse users or violate Apple platform rules, but we are not obligated to monitor all third-party sources.

These Terms are between you and OrbitX only, not Apple.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Watchly IPTV.

In the event of any failure of Watchly IPTV to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any) as permitted by Apple; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free playback of third-party streams.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or streams arising from your use of the Service or third-party sources.

You agree to defend and indemnify OrbitX from claims arising out of your sources, plugins, content, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Watchly IPTV at any time by deleting the app.

We may stop providing the Service or update these Terms as described below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Before filing a formal dispute, contact support.watchly@orbitx.studio and attempt to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date on https://watchly.orbitx.studio/iptv/terms.

Continued use of Watchly IPTV after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
